These Terms of Use apply to the use of the ShowSearch search engine (the “Service”), operated by ShowSearch Inc. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

ShowSearch is an internet search engine that provides organic search results through the Google Custom Search API and displays sponsored advertisements from partner companies. Sponsored advertisements are clearly identified with the “Ad” label. When you click an advertisement, you may be connected with the respective company through Click-to-Call or redirected to its website.

3. Requirements for Use

Use of ShowSearch is free of charge. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use automated queries or bots
• Not misuse, damage, or overload the Service
• Not search for or redistribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful content

4. Sponsored Advertisements

ShowSearch displays sponsored search results (advertisements) paid for by advertising partners. These advertisements are always marked with “Ad” and are clearly separated from organic search results. ShowSearch assumes no liability for content, products, or services offered by advertising partners.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. ShowSearch Inc. assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of displayed search results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the ShowSearch trademark, logo, design, and website content belong to ShowSearch Inc. Content may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without express written permission.

7. Links to Third-Party Websites

ShowSearch may contain links to external websites. Their operators are solely responsible for their content. ShowSearch Inc. assumes no liability for linked external content.

8. Changes to the Service

ShowSearch Inc. reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
